Operate the Service (evaluations, insights, recommendations).
Personalize content and improve quality and safety of AI outputs.
Provide customer support, process credits and payments.
Detect/prevent misuse, debug issues, and maintain security.
Analytics to understand feature use (aggregated/anonymized where feasible).

3) How We Share

We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers (hosting, analytics, payments) under contracts limiting use to providing services to us.
Legal or safety requirements, or to protect our rights and the rights of others.

4) Data Retention

Account Data: kept while your account is active. If you request deletion, we delete or anonymize within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.
Learning Data (essays/uploads): retained to deliver evaluations and to let you view history. You can email us to delete specific uploads.
Logs & Diagnostics: typically 90–180 days, unless needed longer for security or compliance.
Payment Records: retained per legal/tax requirements; we do not store full card details.

5) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, access controls). No system is 100% secure; you should keep your credentials safe and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

6) Cookies & Similar Technologies

Strictly Necessary: login/session, security.
Performance/Analytics: usage metrics to improve features.
Preferences: remember settings such as theme.

You can control cookies via your browser. Blocking some cookies may affect functionality.

7) International Data Transfers
